&V1& is only permissible if no changes are made to the device after the
activity date and the device is valid during the entire period.
The current time slice for device &V4& is only valid in the period from
&V2& to &V3&.
Possible causes include:
The device was not delivered until after the activity date.
The device information record.
The device was modified after the activity date.
The device was allocated to a device grouping after the activity date.
