No profile with the role category <LS>Measurement</> is allocated at
date and time &v4& for the interval meter for device &v1&, device
category &v2&, register &v3& (see <DS:DE.E_ROLETYPE>Role Category for
Profile Allocation</>).

If you want to bill an interval meter using a time-of-use interface, you
have to allocate a profile with the role category <LS>Measurement</> for
the entire billing period</>. The profile allocation must not have any
gaps. It must be complete even on the first and last days of the billing
period.
