¿Qué causa este problema?

You attempted to postpone the meter reading result to a period that
must still be backbilled. In this period only existing meter reading
results can be changed, with the exception of meter reading reasons 09
and 10. Provided you have configured dynamic period control, these can
be entered in a billed period.
