¿Qué causa este problema?

No weighting key must be specified in the rate for wattregisters.
However, for the extrapolation of wattregisters, you need an internal
weighting key, which has the linear weighting procedure '01' as its
basis, in order to correctly determine the representativity of an
interval. This is automatically read from table TE266 and can be freely
defined. In this way, the linear weighting procedure is automatically
set for wattregisters.
