¿Qué causa este problema?

Validations have determined that consumption has exceeded the contract
demand limit. The limit is stored in an operand that is defined in
table TE409. This table contains all validation parameters allocated to
the device via the validation class (in the rate).
The operand value is entred in the rate category or the installation
facts.
