During import of an IDoc, an incorrect field value was discoverd in a
field of a segment. This field value is blank although a valid value
was expected.
The system recognized the incorrect IDoc and cannot perform the
requested processing.
Determine which program created the incorrect IDoc segment. Generally,
IDocs are created from external systems.
