No association to a previous goods movement across a border could be
found for this business transaction.

Respuesta del sistema

The system will copy the business transaction into the declaration
worklist. However, as long as no reference is entered, this transaction
will not be taken into consideration for the official declaration
(paper version, diskette, etc.).
