¿Qué causa este problema?

The system did not find the official ID number of the trader. The
respective authority identifies the trader by ID numbers.
"ID number" is a general term. Depending on the declaration type (for
example, INTRASTAT, EXTRASTAT, KOBRA, etc.) and the declaration
country, the ID number can be entered instead of one of the following
keys:

If the variables &V2& and &V3& are the same, the plant is not located
in a foreign country scenario

Maintain the official ID number assigned to your company in the
additional specifications for company code &V1& in
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLSDUID>Customizing</>.

Maintain the ID number according to company code &V1& and country key
&V2& (scenario <ZH>'Plants abroad'</>) in
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLSDVI62>Customizing</>.

In Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Great Britain and many other EU
countries, the VAT registration number is decisive for INTRASTAT. In
Germany, the ID number is composed of the VAT registration number and
the federal state in which the tax authority in charge of the trader
has its registered office (Veranlagung zur Umsatzsteuer).
For example, in Switzerland, you have to enter a company number for the
simplified export procedure and in Germany for EXTRASTAT and KOBRA.
