company code.
Either the combination departure country - legal regulation is not
maintained or the legal regulation for this departure country is not
active.

Respuesta del sistema

The system issues a warning, since export control is only carried out
for active legal regulations for the departure country. The license
discussed is thus not taken into account in export control.
