has been assigned.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Before you can enter the grouping you must maintain the 'Legal control:
Country classification per country of destination' object and assign at
lease one country to this combination of legal regulations and country
grouping.
Check this combination and, if necessary and if you authorized to do
so,maintain it in Customizing.
