¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Create a listed substance manually in the latest regulatory list
revision for the regulatory list <LS>GADSL</>.
Import the substance record from the IMDS file again.
Add the CAS number &SYST-MSGV3& to the new listed substance.
To import only the failed substance, you can copy the rows of the
substance with the node ID &SYST-MSGV2& from the IMDS file into a new
file. You can then import this smaller file instead of the whole IMDS
file.
