¿Qué causa este problema?

In certain cases, the system searches for the product number in relation
to the business partner. It is not sufficient if only the product number
matches, but the business partner must match as well.
Suppliers, customers, or PDM systems are possible business partners. In
the incoming template, you can define the type of message that occurs if
the product number cannot be found in the system.
