¿Qué causa este problema?

The specification has at least one property instance that is inherited
from another specification and overwritten locally. This case is not
covered by the migration process.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Do one of the following:
Reset the inhertied property instance to the original values and run the
migration again for this particular specification. After updating the
inheritance template and restarting the inheritance, overwrite the
migrated inherited property data locally.
Delete the property data manually in the old property type and create it
again in the new one.
