¿Qué causa este problema?

Data requests sent to the content provider takes place in two steps:
The request is sent to the content provider and it returns all matching
data.
All attached documents are retrieved from the returned data. These
documents are then subsequently downloaded from the content provider.
The data and the attached documents are returned by the interface.
However, at least one attached document could not be downloaded over the
internet.
