process. Although the product is REACH relevant, use information has not
been collected or maintained. The system cannot start the subsequent
REACH registration steps until the use information is maintained and
collected.

and creates a task. The default setting is an error with a task.
The subsequent REACH registration steps cannot be started until use
information is maintained and collected.
