You need to collect information about how your customers use a product.
The chemical substances in this product must be registered based on the
REACH regulation for these uses. The information about customer uses is
not complete. One of the following situations occurred:
o,,Standard uses are maintained but the customer has not yet confirmed
them.
o,,The information about the customer use is missing.
o,,You decided to update customer uses.

Respuesta del sistema

Depending on the Customizing settings, the system sets the check result.
The default setting is a warning. The system starts a customer
communication process to request information about the customer's uses.
The request contains an e-mail with attachments.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you choose <LS>Create Task and Send</>, the request is sent
automatically.
If you chosse <LS>Create Task</>, the request is created but must be
sent manually by executing the task.
