¿Qué causa este problema?

The parameters that identify the object of the request are not
consistent. These parameters are:
Material Number
Compliance Data Object
Document Info Record
Materials, compliance data objects, and document info records are
mutually linked. When creating a request, the system discovered that
there is an inconsistency, either amongst existing objects or between
the supplied parameters, for example, a supplied document info record
references a material other than the supplied compliance data object.

Check the function parameters. If they are consistent or only one
parameter is supplied, check the affected materials, compliance data
objects, and document info records.
