¿Qué causa este problema?

A local reference (attribute <LS>LocalKeyRef</>) was found in the upload
file but the referenced part is missing. The referenced part must
declare the same ID (&V1&) by using the <LS>LocalKeyDef</> attribute.

Select ID &V1& as the value of the <LS>LocalKeyDef</> attribute in the
upload file.
If the ID does not exist, check the XML generation and contact your
administrator, if necessary.
If the ID exists in the upload file, find the same ID in the result
file. Check the relevant element for error messages.
