The IMDS contact information could be out of date. In this case,
re-initialize IMDS address management with the CCAll file (see the
<LS>Set Up System with IMDS All Files</> Cutomizing activity) and make
sure that the daily updated file for the IMDS contact data is downloaded
and imported (see the <LS>Set Up Daily Synchronization with IMDS</>
Customizing activity).
