¿Qué causa este problema?

A pure substance from the XML file cannot be mapped to a pure substance
from the system, due to one of the following reasons:
On the system, no pure substance exists that has the same identifier as
the XML pure substance
The name of the XML pure substance contains not allowed symbols.

The program does not assign this pure substance to the imported listed
substance and continues with the import.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Assign manually the pure substance to the corresponding, imported listed
substance in the target system.
