You added a new listed substance using the input help or by entering the
ID. You then tried to propose an assignment or copy as substance.
However, the UI is not up-to-date and you cannot see if the pure
substances are assigned to the listed substance.

The system updates the user interface, but does not propose the
assignment or copy as substance.

When you add a new listed substance using the input help or by entering
the ID, choose enter to confirm your entry. This updates the user
interface and allows you to perform subsequent actions.
