¿Qué causa este problema?

No message text or a wrong message text is displayed after you have
tried one of the following:
You have entered a message template ID.
You have tried to preview a message template text.
You have tried to maintain a message template text in the text editor.
A message template ID can have message long texts in several languages.
Therefore, entering a message template ID only is not enough to select a
message template.
To select a message template, you need to choose a message template ID
<ZH>and </>a language.
