You have entered a message attribute for a device.
You cannot enter a message attribute in the following cases:
The device is not an advanced meter.
No AMS (advanced metering system) and AMCG (advanced meter capability
group) are assigned to the device.
The assigned AMS (advanced metering system) and AMCG (advanced meter
capability group) do not have the capability to receive text messages.Respuesta del sistema
