¿Qué causa este problema?

The source text of the line from which the navigation takes place is
entered into the navigation stack. If you return to the navigation
position via F3 or directly via the navigation stack, the contents of
the respective source text line are compared with the stack status. If
there are differences, a message is displayed. Differences occur if the
request to save was not fulfilled during navigation.
