You are attempting to create an enhancement point or section statement
at a position in the program code that does not allow this.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

To create an enhancement point statement, position the cursor on an
empty line. The previous statement must be completed.
With the cursor, select a block of lines in order to create an
enhancement section statement. The block must fully contain the
statements contained in it - that is, the first statement must not begin
in a line before the block and the last statement must not end in a line
after the block.
