The function is neither in one of the menu bars nor in one of the
function key settings. Only functions used in a status can be activated
or inactivated.

Assign the function to a menu or function key setting, or check whether
the function can be deleted (e.g. in the where-used list, you can
choose the 'Use in program' option).
