Check the reasons why the signature process cannot be marked for
archived. Possible root causes:
Signature process of the batch record version is still open (neither
completed or cancelled)
Signature process is already marked for archiving or has been archived
before (but without subsequent deletion of the archived data from the
database)
Other reasons that prevent marking the signature process for archiving

the database tables <ZK>SIGNH</>, <ZK>SIGNS</>, and in the meta database
table <ZK>VBP_APPR_DS_META</>.
