¿Qué causa este problema?

When you create the header record of a batch record, the system assigns
an internal number from the number range of number range object &V1&.
If no number range has been maintained, the system creates it when you
create the first header record.
An internal error occurred in the current processing step when creating
the number range.
The number range was not created. For this reason, the system cannot
assign a number to the header record. The header record is not created.
