The bill or invoice file names must have a particular layout for correct
inbound processing. The layout is <LB><biller name>#<bill number></>.
For example, for biller 'Smith' and bill number '0000004711' the related
XML file would be 'Smith#0000004711.xml'.
The files for this directory are not imported and the program
terminates.
