In the deregulated scenario, SD documents must be uniquely allocated to
the contract in the invoicing unit in order to determine the correct
deregulation data. However, in document &V4& for SD billing document
&V1&, the reference to contract &V3& is missing or is not valid.

The bill can be created under the following conditions:

1. In billing documents with deregulated contracts, the contract
reference in the SD document is entered or is identical with the
contract to be processed in the invoicing unit.
You can do this during order creation by making sure that a contract
account assignment is made when you select the contract account, or that
the contract account assignment is determined in event 4000.
2. The invoicing unit in the deregulated scenario is to be grouped in
such a way that SD documents are allocated to individual invoicing
units based on their contract references. You can use event R403 for
this purpose.

in the business partner item, and create the SD and IS-U billing
documents again.
