SAP Notes 393393 and 551133 implement performance improvements for
systems with large amounts of order and notification data. The programs
RIAFVC_IPHAS_FILL and QM_PHASE_FILL fill additional data in the
corresponding database tables to make these performance improvements
available to the user programs.
In systems with very large amounts of old order or notification data,
the programs RIAFVC_IPHAS_FILL and QM_PHASE_FILL should preferably be
run during a time with few user interaction.
