¿Qué causa este problema?

An IDoc is to be created with the basic IDoc type &v2& and extension
type &v3&.
However, this combination does not yet exist as an IDoc type and should
therefore be generated automatically.
To name the IDoc type, the number range &v1& is used.
This number range, however, does not exist.
