¿Qué causa este problema?

The selection text is still initial, that is, the text has not yet been
maintained by the user and does not exist in the text pool either.
An initial value '?...' is proposed for the text maintenance.
If the text is not maintained, it is not stored in the text pool.

Respuesta del sistema

You cannot deleete this text from the display, since it will
automatically be proposed again the next time you enter selection text
maintenance.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you wnt a text to appear for the parameter on the selection screen,
you must maintain the selection text or set an appropriate
SELECTION-SCREEN statement in the program.
You can set a selection text by overwriting the initial value.
Then choose 'Save' to save it in the text pool.
