• Message class: DPR_SIGNATURE - Development Projects: Messages for Signature

• Message number: 002

• Message text: No existe el usuario &1 o no existen datos de dirección del usuario

¿Qué causa este problema?

You cannot create your signature for one of the following reasons:
The user ID &V1& is not defined in the system.
In the user master record &V1& the user name is not entered completely.
This name is transferred to the signed document when you create your
signature.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

Check whether you entered your user ID correctly. If you made an
error, contact your system administrator.

RESET N1
Call up the user master record &V1& and check the user data (see
<DS:TRAN.SU01>Maintain User Master Record</>).
Fill in the complete name of the user on the <LS>Address</> tab strip.
