In one implementation of the IF_EX_DPR_ATTRIBUTES~CHANGE_STATUS_CHECK
method of the Business Add-In DPR_ATTRIBUTES, a customer-defined check
found that changes to the status of the object are not permitted.
However, no detailed reason could be given for this because the
implementation did not return an error message or only returned an
incomplete one.
