¿Qué causa este problema?

The approval was granted automatically after granting or rejecting the
last individual approval, in accordance with the phase type. However,
the system could not set the correct status for the phase
when the approval was
updated because the phase could not be edited exclusively at that point
in time.

The system updates the status of the phase automatically the next time
you save.
