¿Qué causa este problema?

All individual approvals for the approval have already been granted or
rejected; the phase type defines that the approval is granted
automatically in this case. However, the system could not set the status
of the approval when updating the individual approval because several
individual approvals were being processed at the same time, or because
the phase for the approval was being edited.

Respuesta del sistema

The system updates the status of the approval automatically when you
save.
