¿Qué causa este problema?

An index with a deletion request already has no Dictionary sources any
longer.

The index will not be deleted on the database.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

When importing Enhancement Packages or Support Packages, or during an
upgrade, it is possible that the deletion requests are for objects that
are already deleted. It is possible that a deletion was already imported
with a package; however, a later upgrate contains this deletion.
In the case of 15 or 16 digit table names, database indexes are created
with only 2 or 1-digit names in order to adhere to the database
restrictions for table names. Now, if there is already a new index for a
table and the first two positions or the first position of the name
matches a name to be deleted, the name of the index on the database
corresonds fully to the name to be deleted. In this case, one would end
up deleting a current index if one were to perform the deletion.
