Data Dictionary objects assigned to them are collected and activated.
Errors can occur during this process, and it is possible that not all
objects were returned. This can lead to serious problems, even to loss
of data - for example, when table appends are not returned.

Analyze the activation log. Problems should be reported there. It is
possible that this is a temporary problem. In rare cases, you can have
