The flag corresponds to an indicator for a domain attribute, such as
for example SIGNFLAG - 'Sign allowed/not allowed' or LOWERCASE -
'Lowercase allowed/not allowed'.
Maintain this indicator in the domain maintenance routine (transaction
SE11). If the domain has the attribute described by the flag, set the
