¿Qué causa este problema?

For the message which is identified by the specified message class and
message number, more entries should be inserted into the application
log. But this was not done, because the maximum number of identical
messages was reached. The limitation should prevent the log from
becoming too large. But you should note that more messages of this kind
occurred.
