¿Qué causa este problema?

It has been attempted to schedule a background job in either the sender
or the receiver system of a data transfer. (The rfc destination
specified in this error message indicates which system it is). The
scheduling of the background job failed

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Have a look at the job log and the system log in the corresponding
system to find out why the job could not be scheduled. Either try to get
the job running, or repeat the underlying activity in the central
system.
