¿Qué causa este problema?

You started one of the following actions:
Sent a dangerous goods master record from a source system to a target
system (distribution)
Starting from specification management, filled a data record in the
dangerous goods master for the target system (filling)
However, no date for a change number could be found in the target system
because, for example:
The date is in a protected area
Entries are missing from the control tables for engineering change
management
A deletion indicator has been set for engineering change management
