To convert the texts, you require authorization to change dangerous
goods master data and to create phrases.
For creating phrases, the following authorizations may be missing, for
example:
Authorization for the relevant phrase library and the relevant phrase
group
Authorization for the relevant phrase language or the relevant phrase
status
Authorization for the assignment of phrase sets (transaction CG1B)
