group. You have selected the appropriate deliveries and are in change
mode.

Place the cursor on a line for an outbound delivery. If you want to
delete the assignment of a delivery to an outbound delivery group,
place the cursor on any outbound delivery group whose number begins
with the indicator denoting temporary outbound delivery groups ( $ ).
