The DataStore concept changed between BW 2.0 and BW 3.0 and, therefore,
Most-Recent Reporting is no longer possible for the usual DataStore
objects.

However, in BW 3.0 there is a new variant of DataStore object. This
DataStore object is called a transactional DataStore object. Data
changes in this type of DataStore object are directly visible in
reporting. Check whether you can use this new DataStore object type for
your application.
Otherwise, there is a new concept in BW 3.0 called a virtual
InfoProvider that enables you to use your own data sources as the
supplier of queries.
