¿Qué causa este problema?

At least one segment has close to the maximum number of extents allowed
in the segment as specified in the storage paramater MAX_EXTENTS.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Start the analysis tool by double-clicking on the current node in the
monitoring tree. This will list the affected segments, their
tablespaces, the number of extents currently allocated to each segment,
the value of MAX_EXTENTS, and the number of extents remaining to be
allocated until MAX_EXTENTS is reached.
To eliminate this problem, increase the value of the segments' storage
parameter MAX_EXTENTS or reduce the number of allocated extents by
reorganizing the segment using SAPDBA.
