To convert batch input logs, the system searches in the specified
directory for log files. These are files with names in the form
BI<Hostname><Instance>.LOG. An error occurred reading the directory.

The next message includes the operating system error code. You can
restart the conversion once you have corrected the error. You can also
do this once the upgrade is complete by executing report RSBDCLCH.
