Error/problem in accessing planning table, which is of a temporary
nature. This means that it has not yet been established on what
level the problem can sensibly recognised, reported/resolved.
This message is used for various causes. The error short text is
generated by the program and is only in German for this Release.
The error short text indicates the genuine cause of the
error.

This message is displayed if the requirements grouping table is empty
that is if only an empty planning table was called up. To save time
the program is called up here.
