In the context of the graphical object type selection or the
representation selection the system looked for a data record (pegged
requirement) for the capacity requirements record, but did not find it.

The system continues the selection and the current decision step is
dealt with as an invalid condition.
This can result in application objects not being displayed as expected
in graphical objects.
